After almost 5 weeks in some of the most impoverished and suffering places on earth, the last few days for bro Aaron & I on the ground revealed one of the most heartbreaking emergencies I can think of. A young man named Brian, who was an active person before this horrible facial tumor started growing on this face, met with us and immediately my heart sunk to the floor. It broke also as almost no one cares for these precious souls as they are “over there”.

Well, ‘over there” is just as much as our neighbour as 50 yards away.

BOTTOM LINE: Brian needs immediate surgery and we need your help. All that’s needed is $2,000 USD to get it completely removed. Most American’s can write a checque for $2,000 without a problem, however, for a person who makes the equivalent of about $2USD per day will never be able to save a dime to afford this as 90+% of their daily labour is spent on food to survive.
