Here is the monthly update from brother William Wario:

Praise the Lord brethren. Today we had great fellowship with our new fellowship of believers in Golole. They worship in the power of the Holy Spirit. Thit true joy is in spite of no electricity, no means of transport, no clean water, no good market to buy from, etc & they walk like 25-30 km to get something to buy plus there is no network but there is full of presence of God. Hallelujah!!!

There is one traditional person who believed in Jesus some two years ago after we evangelized to him, & at that time, his wife was so deep in traditional religion she greatly resisted to gospel. We encouraged her several times and prayed for her. After some time, she also received Christ. She became more serious than her husband. Imagine now the husband has backslid and she is still in fellowship with us. Remember to pray for husband of Elema.

One thing I observed in our field is that Muslim’s hate to hear the sermon, but this never discourages us. We never give attention to it, but, when it comes to the praise and worship time, they are very interested as the Spirit of God moves.This is why we do fellowship in all the village from one house to another. We use our PA system to praise and worship first, then they all surround us to watch as we start preaching. Praise the Lord. Many are hearing True gospel!

Finally, this is the month of Ramadan to muslims and they fast. There are a lot of evil things happening here brethren. There is tribal fighting, animal raiding, many accidents and so much evil at work. So far, over 2000 cattle has been stolen from Borana tribe and seven people were killed just this week. The Government took no action against it. We are always fighting against this evil spirit in our fellowship so let’s continue to stand in one Spirit and break them.
